How many hours can you do? What's your availability like?
We offer up to 20h/week of service. We also stay flexible based on the needs of our clients to provide them the right amount for them. Some may want a little less, while others may need a little more. We're available when you want our clients want us to be available.
What kind of design do you provide? Do you offer others services?
We specialize in providing design work focused on products, websites, and platforms. We want to give our clients the best experience possible, so we only offer what we do best.
Can you design in the style that we want?
We make sure that our style matches the style that our clients want. However, we're big on creating beautiful and thoughtful designs, so we don't work with companies that don't value quality design.
Can you work in our timezone?
We've worked with companies from San Francisco to Melbourne. While we're not available 24/7, we always find time to meet and sync with our clients.
Is it a project-based or a retainer-based design service?
We offer retainer-based design services only. To give you a time frame, we'e found with our clients that quality design happens within 1-3 months of us working together. Some of our clients have stayed with us for 12-24+ months.
What's the difference between Flexible and Embedded?
We offer the same amount of care, attention, and work no matter which plan our clients choose (they are also free to switch plans at any time). The main purpose between these two plans is to provide flexibility for clients who may not need us for 4 weeks every month, or who may want to test for a few weeks before upgrading to the Embedded plan.
Have you worked with engineers before? Do you code?
We always work with engineers on a consistent basis. Great designs don't happen without great engineers to bring them to life. We make sure to keep them in the loop, soliciting input whenever we feel it necessary or helpful. We also provide insight and guidance, when needed, to help engineers better understand specific designs. However, we don't offer coding services, although we do offer framer development for our clients who want it.
How many people are working in the team?
Most of the time, it will be Charles Postiaux who will work with our customers. He's the founder and main product designer.
