If I subscribe now, when do I receive the pack?

The redesign pack is delivered during the last week of each month for all active subscribers. Each pack is designed by me (Charles Postiaux) throughout the month, so join anytime to get this month's full pack.

What if I want to cancel?

You can cancel anytime, there's no minimum commitment time. You can go to your customer portal and cancel there.

What's included in my purchase?

Every monthly pack includes high-res png previews, an editable Figma source file (flows, explorations, references), and a video recording of my full process - all zipped and emailed to you.

What happens to my pack if I cancel during the month?

If you're a subscriber in January and cancel your subscription for the next month, you will receive the January pack, and it will stop in February.

How will the pack get delivered?

You will receive your redesign pack as a zip file to the email address used when subscribing.

Can I expense this subscription?

Many designers do as a professional development. Check with your employer or accountant.

The YouTube redesign concepts are usually short and heavily edited. This subscription delivers a deeper, multi-hour process: complete concepts, explorations, long recordings, and editable files you can study forever.

What types of redesigns can I expect?

Each month features a real-world product redesign (e.g. apps like Airbnb or tools like 1Password), focusing on UX improvements, prototyping, strategy, and design systems. Designs evolve based on popular apps/tools, flows, trends and subscriber requests.

Can I have a free trial or sample?

For privacy and exclusivity, subscription packs are subscriber-only. Check my YouTube channel @charlespostiaux for my free redesign videos.

Will there be access to past packs or an archive?

Nothing planned yet. This is focused on fresh monthly drops. Early subscribers get a strong archive over time. Archive could become a bonus later based on feedback from subscribers.

Is there a money-back guarantee?

Due to the nature of the deliverables, there's no money-back guarantee and all sales are final. That said, you can cancel anytime before your next billing. If the first pack doesn't deliver value, reach out. I'm committed to your satisfaction and will do what I can to make it right.

What happens after I subscribe?
