Privacy.
What we collect when you visit or write to us, why, and how to have it deleted.
- Who we are
- Baobun Studio, a product design studio run by Charles Postiaux. For anything about your data, email charles@baobun.studio.
- What you send us
- When you fill in a form (contact, free UX audit, dashboard redesign), we keep what you typed: your name, email, website, answers and any files you add. We use it only to reply and to do the work you asked for.
- Where it’s kept
- On Cloudflare: the answers in a database, files in private storage, and a copy emailed to us. Dashboard redesign payments go through Stripe, so we never see your card. Calls are booked through Cal.com, under its own privacy policy.
- Your visit
- We count visits without cookies: the page, where you came from, the type of device and the country, added up per day. When you send a form or book a call, the pages you saw on that visit are saved with it, so we know what you read.
- What we don’t do
- No ads, no tracking across other sites, and we never sell or share your details with anyone else.
- Deleting it
- We keep your details as long as we work together or might. Email charles@baobun.studio and we delete them.
