Product design

From the first flow to the shipped UI.

We design B2B SaaS and AI products: new ones from the first flow, and existing ones that got hard to use, with coded prototypes and help with the build.

What’s the difference between product design and a redesign?

Product design covers the whole product, new or existing. A redesign starts from a product with users that got hard to use; an MVP starts from an idea. This page helps you pick between them.

How long does product design take?

A product redesign takes 4 to 12 weeks, an MVP 6 to 8. A design system starts with a four-week first month, then runs month to month.

How much does product design cost?

Redesigns and MVPs start at $15,000 as a fixed price, design systems are $4,000 a month, and the design partner plan starts at $15,000 a month.

Do you do UX research?

Yes, where it changes decisions: an audit of every screen first, then short tests of the coded prototype with a few of your customers.

Can you work with our engineers?

Yes. You get Figma files, specs and a coded prototype, and we review each screen as it’s built and help with the front-end.

Who does the work?

Charles, a senior product designer with 10+ years of experience, does the work and reviews every change. No account managers, no hand-offs.
