Product redesign

Redesign your product without starting over.

We redesign B2B SaaS and AI products that got hard to use: the core flows first, tested on a coded prototype before anything is built. A redesign takes 4 to 12 weeks, depending on the product.

but it’s getting in the way.

What you get. Design you can test,
and files your team can build from.

Redesigns we’ve done. B2B products, used every day
by thousands of teams.

What clients say. Design and product leads we’ve worked with,
in their own words.

Is it for you? It works best for products
that already have users.

It’s for you if

  • Your product has users, and they struggle.
  • You’re B2B SaaS or AI, seed to Series C.
  • Your team can build what we design.

It’s not for you if

  • There’s no product yet (see MVP design).
  • You need a logo or brand identity only.
  • You want screens without a review with you.

What it costs. A fixed price, agreed in writing
before any work starts.

Email us
How long does a SaaS product redesign take?

Between 4 and 12 weeks, depending on the scope and complexity of the product. A focused redesign of the core flows takes about four weeks, as in the schedule above, and the scope says how long yours takes.

How much does a SaaS redesign cost?

From $15,000, as a fixed price we agree in writing after the intro call. If you want to try us first, the two-week pilot is $7,500.

Do we have to stop shipping during the redesign?

No. We redesign the flows that matter most first, and your team keeps shipping. The new screens go in flow by flow, not in one big launch.

Can you work with our existing design system?

Yes. The audit keeps what works in your current system, and the new components grow from it instead of replacing it.

Do you test the redesign with users?

Yes. The coded prototype goes in front of a few of your customers before anything is built, and we change it based on what they do.

Who does the work?

Charles, a senior product designer with 10+ years of experience, does the work and reviews every change. No account managers, no hand-offs to juniors.

Who owns the work?

You do. The Figma files, prototypes and any code are yours, and stay yours if we stop working together.
