How the website and our fixed-price offers work: payment, delivery, refunds and who owns what.
- Who we are
- BAOBUN STUDIO, a product design studio based in France and run by Charles Postiaux. These terms cover this website and the fixed-price offers sold on it. Questions: charles@baobun.studio.
- Projects and the monthly plan
- Every project and the design partner plan run under a written agreement we sign with you. Where that agreement and this page differ, the agreement wins.
- Fixed-price offers
- The dashboard redesign and the two-week pilot are paid upfront, through Stripe for the dashboard. The price, what you get and the delivery time are the ones shown on the offer’s page when you order.
- Refunds
- If you change your mind before we start, we refund you in full. Once the work has started or been delivered, it isn’t refundable. If we can’t deliver what the page promises, we refund you.
- Revisions and credit
- The dashboard redesign is one direction with no revision rounds. Its price counts as credit toward a project with us in the 90 days after delivery.
- The free UX audit
- It’s free, with no obligation to buy anything. We only use what you send us to make the audit and reply to you.
- Your work and ours
- Once paid, the files we deliver for you are yours to use. We may show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to, or it’s covered by an NDA.
- This website
- Its words, images and code are ours, unless they belong to a client named on the page. We keep it accurate, but it isn’t a promise: the agreement or the offer page is.
- Law
- These terms are governed by French law. If we ever disagree, we’ll try to settle it together first, then before the competent courts in France.
